The promoter of each competition is Velocity Draws ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@velocitydraws.com.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Velocity Draws and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Entries from automated systems, bots, or third parties are void.

To enter a competition you must (a) answer the skill-based question correctly and (b) either purchase one or more tickets, or submit a valid free postal entry as described on the draw page. Each ticket is allocated a unique number and appears in your account under “My tickets”.

A free entry route is available for every competition and carries equal odds of winning. One free entry per person per draw. Full instructions are shown on each individual draw page.

Each competition has a maximum number of tickets and a closing date. Ticket sales end at the earlier of the two. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.

Within 48 hours of a draw closing, a winner is selected at random from all valid entries (paid and postal) using a verifiable random draw. The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details on their profile.

• The prize is as described on the individual draw page.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.
• Physical prizes are dispatched within 14 days of the winner confirming their delivery details. Larger prizes (e.g. vehicles) are arranged directly with the winner.
• We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to redraw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.

Winners agree that we may publish their first name, last initial, town, and winning ticket number for the purpose of announcing the result. Additional publicity is subject to the winner's consent.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. We use your details solely to operate the competitions, contact winners, and deliver prizes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any competition is limited to the value of the tickets you purchased for that competition. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to cancel or suspend a competition, where reasonably necessary. If a competition is cancelled before its close, all paid entrants will be refunded in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
